EDM notches are cut into test pieces and are used to calibrate the Ultrasonic and EMI testing units. Our custom built unit utilizes a servo-controlled feed motor which prevents blade "welding". Our unit also uses a precision dial indicator to precisely determine the depth of cut. We offer I.D. and O.D. notches from .005" - .125" width. |
